Experiment: SSR vs. CSR

This experiment tests whether server-side rendering (SSR) or client-side rendering (CSR) is more effective for SEO and AI-driven search. We created two versions of the exact same article, one fully SSR and the other fully CSR, with no differences in visible content. The goal is to monitor how Google and large language models (LLMs) treat these pages—specifically looking at crawl frequency, speed to index, ranking behavior, and whether the content appears in AI search surfaces. By running the same content in two rendering formats, we can directly measure which method provides advantages in discoverability and visibility.
